JUNIOR K.G. and nursery - STATE BOARD (2026-2027)

For the academic year 2026-2027, forms will be available on the school website http://www.mulundstmary.com from on 10th January, 2026 to 10th February, 2026.

Kindly submit your form and required documents in the school on 12th February, 2026 between 8.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. with the hard copy of the downloaded form, duly filled, along with all the requirements mentioned.

Download only one form per child. Please fill in the details before downloading the form.

Requirements:

  • i) Child should be born between 01.07.2021 to 31.12.2022. (Jr.Kg.)
    ii) Child should be born between 01.07.2022 to 31.12.2023.(Nursery)
  • Original Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation and xerox copy. The Baptismal certificate (for Catholics and Christians) and the one given by the Municipal Corporation and not of the Hospital.
  • Ration card with the child’s name enrolled and a xerox copy.
  • A copy of the child’s Aadhar Card.
  • Registration fee Rs.300/-
  • Paste a family photo and child’s photo on the downloaded form.
  • Caste Certificate for (SC/ST/NT/DT/OBC/SBC).
  • Income certificate of the parents.

For admission, if anyone gives donation to any middle man, your admission will be cancelled.
NO DONATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO RECOMMENDATION BY OTHERS.
